根據閣下所提供之資料, 閣下在建立新公司時, 是選用Custom (Blank)的切定. 但是, 由於系統本身發生錯誤, 所以在選舉Custom (Blank)時, 是有某些檔案出現問題的.
閣下可以在內,選擇"Support download". 然後在DacEasy Version2009內, 選擇DAC4BACK.001. 把檔案存至電腦上, 如: c:\


之後, 閣下可以在系統內開啟已建立之公司 (而該公司是閣下想使用Custom (Blank)之切定的.)
1. 在File => Backup / Restore 內選擇 "Restore".
2. 之後在 source 欄內選擇之前已經upload了的檔案路徑, 如: c:\
3. 最後, 可按<F10>碓定.


注意:
但是, 閣下必須注意的是, 該Backup檔案的版本必須要和現在所使用之版本相同才可. 例如: 現在閣下
是使用version2009的. 該backup檔案就必須要在2009版本上建立的. 這才可以完成restore步驟.
